Apostle Dawn C. Burrell, our Senior Minister organized the birthing of New Creations in March, 2002, first Worship Service in April 14, 2002. Apostle continues to give leadership in the areas of preaching, teaching, and counseling. Apostle has such a unique five-fold ministry anointing that releases power and authority to others to walk in their calling and assignments while carrying a ministry to the nations.
