More Than Conquerors / Living Free Ministry
~ We sometimes face roadblocks in our quest to become less isolated and move toward better relationships with God and with each other. These roadblocks or walls are what we refer to as life-controlling problems or issues. Most of us face of have faced these struggles in our lives or in the lives of our loved ones, friends, and people we know. The easiest life-controlling problems to identify are harmful habits like drug or alcohol use, eating disorders, sexual addictions, gambling, tobacco use, and the like. But life-controlling problems also include harmful feelings like anger and fear. We need God's help!
~ Our Living Free small groups are filled with people who want to either get free, stay free, help someone else become and stay free from life-controlling problems. Our Adult and Teen Group Series consists of six (6) topics designed to develop and strengthen the discipleship and lay counseling process. SHARE FOOD Network
New Creations has served as a SHARE Host site since 2003. Through SHARE you can receive $35 - 40.00 worth of food for only $20.00 per package. There are new menus every month. Yet each value package always contains meat, fish, poultry, fruit, vegetable, grain and starch. The "special" packages might be a variety of meats, poultry, or seafood items. SHARE has been a blessing to our Church family, surrounding community, and two Senior Housing residences that we serve on a regular basis. Many middle and high school students have also earned Community Service Hours to complete their graduation requirements.
